Thank you for the great meal we had last Saturday. My emailed booking was seamless with a response from you within the time frame mentioned. We arrived at the restaurant with my reservation number which was easy for the waiter to locate our booking. The waitress was efficient when taking our order and our meals arrived all together and in good time which is unusual for a restaurant as busy as yours. The food presentation was exceptional and the serving sizes sufficient.

The meal prices were expensive for a Thai restaurant but after having the pleasure of eating there it was well worth the money. The wine we ordered was the Thai Pothong Chardonnay, an exceptional wine and for under $20 a bottle was outstanding value and not worth bringing your own. Compliments for the spring rolls, the pastry was light and the balance of flavours just right. The fish was also perfect and the flavours brilliant. The atmosphere was abuzz with activity and the pieces scatted throughout the restaurant for sale was a nice touch.

The Thai Pothong dollars were a nice touch which and were used in the gift shop on the night.

We were recommended by a friend to try your restaurant and were not disappointed. We are now an advocate of your restaurant and will return as often as we can. I have already commented to the family that I would like to come back on my birthday. Our only issue is that you should open a restaurant in Thailand so we can enjoy the food overseas as well.

I am sorry for the late reply. Your service is amazing, and I really appreciate for all your good services. All my friends are impressed by your food, best THAI we have ever eaten. The price is quite fair. If I am in Sydney next year, I think I still will spend my birtvday in your restaurant.unfortunately I still have not have time to shop at your gift shop, I will visit as if I have time. Anyway, your food and services are best,keep them up!

But the light in our seats was really weak, if you can put some candles there that would be fantastic!

Reservation and confirmation service- I came in to the restaurant to make the booking and found the staff very friendly and helpful. A banquet menu was e mailed to me very quickly and a follow up call made on the day to confirm my numbers. A very good service. Staffs were very friendly and very efficient. The menu is banquet menu are fairly priced. There were no areas in your service and facilities that are in need of improvement. I would definitely come again for a birthday or just for dinner in general. I really enjoy the buzz and great atmosphere in the restaurant on as busy night. I spent many years working in hospitality and love to see such a well run operation.

The reservation and confirmation service was great, 2 seconds to reserve on the website, and I have a confirmation within minutes. The service was perfect, very professional and always with a smile! My glass was never empty, and although there was always a waiter around, there was no interruption to the meal or conversations. Perfect! I wasa very impressed with the quality and presentation of the food. The portions were of perfect size and the food itself, so delicious! Possibly the best thai I have eaten, as the rest of my party. The banquet was perfect - as the only meat I eat is chicken, I was really excited that I could eat all but one dish (the pork) in our chosen banquet. The food was to die for, a perfect combination of flavours, and the price was perfect - especially for the quality and service. I would most definitely return to Thai Potong, in fact I plan to bring my family in so they can see just how delicious it is!

We were thoroughly satisfied with the dinner. The food and service was excellent and everyone enjoyed the occasion.

We did visit the gift shop and purchased an elephant.

I would recommend Thai Pothong to friends and will certainly be back.

The reservation and confirmation service was great. It was easy to book and the email with all the booking details made it very easy to confirm that the details were correct. The banquet menu information that was sent with the confirmation email was also very helpful.

The waiters were very friendly and efficient. They were happy to fulfil any request they possibly could, and all witha smile.

The food exceeded my expectations. I have had bad experiences previously with bangquet menus but I found the Phuket dinner to be wonderful. There was plenty of food for everyone and something to suit everyone's tastes.

I did visit the Handicraft gift shop. It had a good range of items.
